In an upcoming report entitled “Predictions 2012: What Will Happen In Market Research” Forrester analyst Richard Evensen says that "major tectonic shifts" are going to require Market Insight professionals reinvent themselves to survive in the new world. [slight overdramatization added, but only slight...]
We especially liked his assertion that Market Insights needs to change and focus on "...more strategic insights and more proactive competitive intelligence." It's what we've been saying all along!
